In the beginning
Evotra was founded by Sally and Depesh who met while working on the same complex transformation programme. With years of experience across investment management, financial planning, financial technology, data migrations, training and management consultancy, they understood more than most about the challenges that wealth managers face with their technology. And importantly, they knew how to overcome these.
So in 2020 – in the midst of the pandemic – Evotra was founded with the goal of bringing together an exceptional team who could work side by side with businesses to ensure they make a success of their technology.
Fast forward to today and that’s exactly what Evotra is doing. We’re here to help you make a success of your technology by managing transformations, implementing new technology and supporting you with everyday operations.

Chief Executive OfficerSally holds Level 7 Wealth Management qualifications and has previously held Chartered Fellow status with the CISI. As a business readiness expert, Sally works closely with stakeholders at all levels to design a training and adoption programme that’s right for your business, ensuring a group of champions is established and kept engaged throughout the programme to help drive implementation and adoption across business practitioners.
Depesh Pankhania
Chief Operating OfficerDepesh Pankhania
Chief Operating OfficerDepesh built a successful career as a management consultant specialising in Banking Operations, before moving into Wealth to deliver large-scale complex programmes including transformation programmes, back office and custody outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, investment management solutions and core financial planning and CRM platforms. Depesh is highly experienced at full lifecycle delivery, process improvement and influencing stakeholders to board level. He is also an expert at managing 3rd party vendors and commercial arrangements.
